I thought he had a dislocated neck, but some guys can just take stuff like that.

If my leg twists a little wrong I am at risk to tear something. I've seen my brother's heel hit him in the side of the head and he was fine where my acl/mcl would have been long gone.

Rubberneck, imo.

 its the same reason why drunk drivers dont get hurt, theyre passed out, or dont see it coming so their muscles are relaxed = no whiplash. same this here, guy gets put to sleep, other guy is still cranking it, but because the guy is asleep, no neck damage.
