Anyone seen this before?

Not me. Similar to stretching out someone with an omoplata. You don't see too many shoulder locks that put the pressure on that way. I guess you'd call it a straight shoulder lock instead of a rotational one.

yeh it's a weird pressure on the shoulder, give it a try and see what you think :D
