Dude is a workaholic and if you watch his blogs he talks about how he doesn't sleep and stuff like that. Hopefully, he takes good care of himself behind the scenes and does relax/enjoy his downtime during off weeks.
There is a real cause for concern about Dana's overall health. I can't imagine Zuffa doesn't give him comp time for Sick/Vaca days.

Hypothetically...
If Dana has accrued 7.72 hours of Sick/Vaca time per month - for the last 11 years...Then this guy has about 2,040 hours of time he could use.
Use some of it Dana....use some of it!!
