The Unheralded 1995 NBA Draft - 1st Round

Just because...

  1. Joe Smith

    2. Antonio McDyess

    3. Jerry Stackhouse

    4. Rasheed Wallace

    5. Kevin Garnett

    7. Damon Stoudamire

    9. Ed O’Bannon

    10. Kurt Thomas

    15. Brent Barry

    18. Theo Ratliff

    21. Michael Finley

    23. Travis Best

Micheal Finley was the steal of the draft.  Garnett is a punk jerk

I was a fan of McDyess’ game.

The first four became Pistons

The fuck?  No love for Big Country at #6?

Stackhouse just missed championships by one season on most if the teams he played on.  It’s Michael Jordan’s fault.

Joe Smith was a beast at Maryland. I thought he would be a better pro than Duncan. I was wrong.

They were talking about him being better than Len Bias

but the same people said Len bias was better than MJ so wtf do “they” know

Same here...The only game that I've ever been to at Cole Field House was to see Smith play against NC State. He had a pretty solid team around him as I recall. Not a lot of superstars but very blue collar type players.

Unheralded because 1996 took a gigantic shit all over it.

I was always a fan of Exree Hipp from those teams. Just a cool name and he went to be on the Harlem Globetrotters.
