I understand that people pay to watch people fight and they want to see a fight , but for people like clay who was over matched against Maynard, his Only real chance was to hit and literally run, he's a fighter, he gotta pay the bills and taking head trauma is gunna shorten your career, but at the end of the day it s a fight , me personally I'd rather go out on my shield than run , rather have that chance of landing something in the pocket than run away and hope for a decision.
And about condit, I don't see a problem with the movement he did he again used the only gameplan what would allow him to beat Diaz. Just that he executed it better than clay. 
Clay is a fucking warrior, fair enough his game plan was a bit iffy but fuck he's never run from a fight before (under instructions IMO)
