 I made this for a friend at the gym while back.  Took me about an hour.

I wish I had half the talent of that lol. I am using camtasia and just recording and pausing when needed, then I re-record it with the song(s) that I want to play over it.

 he won the 2010 gracie nationals...shit ton of bjj tourneys..(he is a legit blackbelt under cleber luciano) and tears it up all over the grappling circuit.  he was 5-0 as pro mma with all 5 wins via tapout rd 1 but he lost his last fight and is now 5-1 i believe. i try to help out at the gym by doing video or editing for the guys when possible
