And no I am not trolling. Listen guys it is an honest question. I started watching the sport at UFC 100. So I am relatively new to the sport. I watch every card and try to go and watch as many of the classic fights you guys reccomend.

Seems like you guys are fucking retarded because the guy fighting Erick Silva is brazilian too, so again all brazilian fighters won, this coupled with the disgusting refereeing from Miragliotta and the fence grabing that Aldo did, make me lose interest in MMA, i'm not saying that Mendez would have Ko'd Aldo but how far fetched is it to say that if Mendez would have gotten that slam the round would have ended on the ground giving oportunity so the fight would develop in another way.
BTW he did not take him down seconds later, he tried to do the same slam but he didn't do it with the same momentum, watch the fight again and you'll see that when Aldo grabbed the fence it was going to be a very strong slam.
I was not trying to be disrespectful towards anybody with my comment. Listen, some of the fights were mismatches and so on, but to say the fighters didn't give their all is what's retarded. And about the fence-grabbing, it is not the first time someone has done it, and it will certainly not be the last time either.
