Roli Delgado in the 145 lb weightclass would be a great addition to the WEC
"Vladimir Matyushenko's last loss was to Arlovski - a weight class above his own. The Janitor would do well in the WEC against the likes of Stann, Cantwell and Marshall."
He would dominate it.
I agree, Vladdy destroys the WEC.
I don't think Fabiano will be in WEC soon. WEC recently signed one of the top Nova Uniao fighters , Jose Aldo(145lbs).
Glad to see these two highly underrated fighters and hidden Gems in MMA (even more so since you can only watch them on HDNet) are getting some love from the UG.
Fabiano no doubt should be in the WEC like yesterday.
Anyone know his Contract status or his Management?
It is a shame to see Fabiano destroy like 6-7 straight IFL opponents with no real challengers upcoming when Wagnney would be immediately in the mix for a Title Shot in the WEC vs any one of a plethora of top contenders.
The Janitor on the other hand is arguably the most underrated fighter in the game at 21 - 3 just like Fabiano has completely ran out of competition in the IFL, if not the WEC or under the ICON Banner maybe the UFC.
It is past time both fighters test themselves against better competition.
More impressive stats on The Janitor: besides losing to a much bigger AA, took Tito to 5 rounds, Split with Vernon White submitting Tiger once and losing decision the other; beat Little Nog, Ryo Chonan and Tim Boestch.
Fabiano has already cleaned out the IFL's featherweight division. I have no idea who he'll fight next.
lol @ Karo in the WEC 'cause he lost a fight (controversially)!
Karo/Condit would be a good fight, but that doesn't mean Karo deserves some sort of demotion. Moreso the opposite, that Condit deserves a spot in the UFC.

Either Fabiano is locked into a Contract that is inescapable presently or his Management Team are not doing their job, at 32 the man needs to be in the WEC immediately.
You never know. Sometimes it's just more profitable to be the big fish in a small pond. Sucks for the fans, though.
There's still a good amount of featherweights out there that the WEC would be pretty lucky to sign, Tamura and Inoue would both make very interesting matchups for Faber. It's a bit of stretch to think that both would come over to the United States after spending so much time in Shooto but Zuffa managed to grab Osawa and Takaya recently so I guess it's possible.
Tomato Can - Carvalho's been quiet since the upset loss to Takaya. I wonder where he'll show up next. I also wonder if the WEC has shown any interest in Hioki.
Pato was supposed to fight in the cage force tourney but his opponent pulled out last minute. He's likely fighting again in June I think I heard.
I'd love to get Fabiano to Shooto in Japan
Eyelasher - agreed...
Karo should move down to the WEC...
and Condit should move up to the UFC...
I'd also like to see Ivan Menjivar in the WEC...
I would just like to see Menjivar full stop....he is a talented and exciting guy
J. Manly - I'd love to get Fabiano to Shooto in Japan
That is cool that Shooto is interested, surely some great competition over there but does Shooto broadcast their fights in the US presently?

I agree with this; Karo should get a rematch imo with Alves The Heat was winning that fight until the flash TKO which could be construed as a premature stoppage.
Even if he doesn't get the rematch right away Karo is still borderline top ten in the UFC; no way should he be going to the WEC.
Again would love to see Condit in the UFC.
ttt
My understanding is Antonio would prefer fighting/living in Japan. If he changed his mind, then it'd be great to see him in WEC.
Same with Wagney, a sick addition.
And obviously Menjivar, if/when he starts competing again.

Did you mean Wagnney is interested in fighting in Japan? If so a Rep from Shooto is interested.
Selfishly I hope Wagnney somehow goes to the WEC where he would be right there in the Title shot mix and on Versus Channel.
