Grappling tournament including a Catch Wrestling division...
It's a Grappling tournament with a "Catch Divison" included. The regular grappling divison will be no points/extended time limits/absolute divisions for all skill levels... The Catch Divison will be pins or submissions wins best 2 out of 3 falls...
So you could enter mens adv/mens adv absolute/men's CACC Hwyt divison...
It's going to be a blast.... oh and Hooters of Jackson booked a sponsorship....chicks, grappling it's going to be sweet!
So you can't use guard in your sub division?
Looks interesting man.

I still don't understand the logic for having a seperate catch wrestling division, then barring the guard in the submission division...
I mean I am reading what you wrote correctly, right?
Sorry about the confusion guys....
It works like this...
We are running (imo) a top flight grappling tournament, with limited restrictions/longer time limits/no points style, with the focus on submitting your opponent. there will be absolute divisions for all skill levels.
Additionally, we are having a "Catch Wrestling" Division which works like this...
Pins (3 count) and subs win. best 2 out of 3 falls wins.
Catch Wrestling is old school prowrestling before it became fixed...
