i just met a new friend that has been doing foster parenting for 3 generations. they didn't have to work a day in their life. 3 generation means, 4 year old kid to 18. They did this 3 times and enjoyed it very much. They had 6 kids each generation. i think they said they got paid 2K per kid.
anybody know of any cons of doing this? if it goes well i'm thinking to quit my job.
My neighbor as a kid did this. Collected money from the state and used the kids as labor on his farm. Usually had four to six kids at any time and also did it for several generations.
Cons:
Some of the kids WILL have behavioral problems.
If you foster both boys and girls, at some point they will be fucking each other.
At some point there will be drama with the kids parents.

This. Too many fuckheads doing it for the $$ screwing up kids who then go on to burden the rest of us taxpayers with court costs, govt. funded rehab, jail, etc.

If you get a kid early enough from a bad situation they still have a fighting chance at least. Older kids, yea, I'm with you, but still, doing it for the money is like putting your mouth on the curb; no good can come from it.

Then it came out the fella was screwing the little teenage native girl they had.
5 years penitentiary time served he got out a month ago and had to sell his house to pay victim reparations and I believe is getting dinged for child support. 
Any cons? Taking in a kid from a fucked up family, what could go wrong?
