I have seen those sold before...they are head masgaers and have little black balls (BEEP) at end to not scratch

I have a similar device. Does nothing, and I mean nothing for me and some people. Others get all ticklish. For some it's even too much. Another example of how different we can be from one another. Dog obviously loved it :)
