I want a small room in a warehouse type place close by to my house. I want 5 - 10 of my good friends to have keys.
I want to put a power rack, pull up bar, all my dumbbells and kettlebells, an old shitty treadmill, and a rowing machine in there. I will also lay out my 10x10 wrestling mat and possibly a small tatame mat.
There will be 1 small bathroom, a small storage closet/area and that is it.
No bullshit, no excuses, and good friends all able to train there whenever they want.
Too bad I can't afford to pay rent every month.
