This season of TUF

Has it had a single finish? Or a good fight? I honestly can't remember. Phone Post

Nope Phone Post

Maybe worst season ever....was just talkin about it 5 min ago.... Phone Post

I can't remember a finish.  I guess the 25,000 for best submission, knockout and fight will go to charity. LOL

Also, what did everyone think of Roy's matchmaking skills?  The way he carefully studied the opponents, brokedown their strengths and calcaulated the chances of vicrory was quite amazing.

Brilliant strategy on Roy's part. "You pick the fight. You should win it."

I like that he has evolved the straw picking strategy into a brilliant "pick a number between" all out offensive. Team Nelson FTW

Roy just don't give a fuck. Which is kinda funny.

Seriosuly, the passion of Big Country, the amount of class in the house, the Anderson Silva-like talent in the octagon....

My god, this TUF season!

I'm kinda starting to see where Dana is coming from about Roy, he's attitude sorta blows Phone Post

I dont think roys method s bad at all, It's completely irrelevent. The fights shouldn't have to be about the strongest fighter vs the weakest fighter Phone Post

What's the point of careful analysis and gameplanning when he can just draw straws and still win the fight?

He's making TUF Coach look like the easiest gig in MMA.

Gotta give him a bit of credit though, he seems to get really passionate when he's cornering his guys

Such a shame that Sam Alvey had a bad weight cut for his second fight. He's one of the best fighters in the house even though that's not really saying much... Phone Post

Yeah I agree, he leaves it up to the guys on his team what's wrong with that? If they lose not his pick. Phone Post

I always agree with you FT.  He was my pick to win the season.  He's such a nice guy and from the looks of it, one of the most talented (definitely the less douchey-lol).

Terrible season, playing out exactly how the UFC designed it to. Dana wanted it off Fridays, they just did the live version and had the lowest rated season ever.

So what does the UFC do? Carwin/Nelson? They knew this would be a boring season and do shit ratings and that would force FX to move the show to a different night which is exactly what Dana wanted.

Now I dont think he wanted terrible boring fights but they knew from the jump this was a lame duck season to get it off Fridays.

Coaches are boring and the fighters arent good. Even one or two legit prospects is enough for me to get into the show, they dont have that.

Really wish they would do another FW season, get Lance Palmer, Hunter Tucker, Chas Skelly, Sharkbait, Chris Gruetzemacher, maybe Bubba Jenkins drops to FW, that would be a stacked season with some real blue chip prospects.

They continue to do the same LW/WW/MW seasons over and over and with Bellator signing guys fighters have other options. TUF used to be what a fighter did to get into the UFC, now the UFC is just signing top guys straight out TUF gets the scraps.

Yea this season has been really bad.

The Smashes has been awesome though.

Eddy Ellis vs Colton Smith has been the best fight so far IMO. Phone Post

Stop watching it and watch the smashes it has been better than the American one. Phone Post

Completely agree that "The Smashes" is great television.  I really look forward to the new episodes.

But we're all going to tune in next week to watch the coaches do the Track & Field challenge, just admit it.
