Stringer & Billstein in the intriguing clash of prospects



23 year-old Hans Stringer (17-4-1) and 19-year-old Jonas Billstein (8-0) will clash at Mix Fight Gala 11 in Sinfelden, Germany. These two light-heavyweights are widely regarded as the most promising talent in their respective countries, and both come off their biggest career wins. The Dutchman tapped Polish grappler Michal Fijalka under two minutes at Beast of the Show in June, while Billsten outlasted powerhouse wrestler Mathias Shuck to a 5th round TKO stoppage at GMC 2 in October. On Saturday only one will leave victorious, but with their young age and well-rounded skills it’s safe to say that both of them have bright MMA future ahead.

Hans Stringer has two very tough fights in a short span. If he manages to get out of his fight with Jonas Billstein without injury he is scheduled to fight Glover Teixeira in Bitteti Combat 8 on December 4th.



Two other fighters participating at Mix Fight Gala 11, Moise Rimbon and Mario Stapel are signed up for the Ultimate Cage Fighters Championship 16-man, open-weight tournament in Austria on December 4th.

Also on the card: top ten European middleweight, Sweden-based Brazilian Bruno Carvalho (11-4) will face Polish prospect Tomasz Kondraciuk (6-1), who is a late replacement for an injured Robert Jocz, while German fans are really looking forward to a heavyweight showdown between EA MMA’s Andeas Kraniotakes (7-3) and Thorsten Kronz (6-2).
