Thoracic spine disc bulge.... help

Been having pain for over a year now mid back that comes around into left side of rib cage and chest area. Had mri and they found disc bulge but said it shouldn’t be affecting because it’s slight. It’s daily pain that is annoying as shit, doctors don’t seem to be too concerned after I tell them it doesn’t stop me from doing my job. I exercise regularly and have noticed certain exercises irritate it so I avoid those. Any advice to do myself? Doctors lead me on for months.....

I actually got a referral right before this virus pandemic to go to a chiropractor after the doctor didn’t offer anymore advice. Will be trying one.

Osteopath or Chiro, Played Rugby for $$ a few years and my back is now paying the price...  I need to go twice a year on average for a reset.

Cool, you feel relief immediately?

Yes, instantaneous, your muscles will be sore for another day or 2 as they worked overtime to hold up prior to the osteopath / chiro.

The moment he fixes the spot (upper back) I tell him you just got it...  lower back I can fix myself, he showed me how.

I was doing a job for a year workin on buses, so I was constantly leaning forward in the drivers seat jamming down on the parking brake release valve with my left arm, and I’d be doing this jamming motion 30x a night most nights. This pain came on and when I noticed that motion hurting it I changed how I did it, but it’s just never gone away. Constant burn/ sting feeling from my spine to under left shoulder blade and around the side to my chest when it’s really acting up.
