How does it compare to other wrestling instructionals particularly for BJJ/Submission/MMA students/fighters? How does it compare to his other dvds? Thanks in advance for your opinions!

Excellent explanation...and very detailed oriented. Not alot of techniques...but it's all you need for self defense.
