Guys,
I will be travelling to Leeds in the united Kingdom some time next year and was looking for a place to train, I heard from a friend in the UK that there is an MMA/ground gym called Leeds Cage.
Couldnt find much about their grappling (im looking to just train ground stuff whilst there), but I did find this video of the head instructor teaching what seems to be a grappling for MMA seminar.
The video has a lot of dislikes and the technique seems a bit suspicious. What are your thoughts?

If there are tshirts, gi pants and belts, you've already lost.
A favorite part starts a 2:25. Please grab your opponents buttocks so that they will more easily be able to hit you in the face. Don't worry because you may have to eat some shots.
If your bridge and knees to the guys butt can't get your opponent off balance I don't think the groping will help.
oh man.... not sure what to say but you are better off looking elsewhere. I just saw one technique at 1:20 which is an arm triangle set up from bottom half and there are so many things wrong with that technique. Plus Like onyx said, if the guy is wearing tshirt with gi pants and a belt, just keep looking.
Go to 1:35 and be amazed.

"If there are tshirts, gi pants and belts, you've already lost."
The Machados used to train like this, sometimes, gi pants, belt and no shirt too, based on your judgment, training with the Machado Brothers would have been wrong too.
"lutre livre started in lancashire (a place in the uk), ended up in brazil... how did that happen.."
not sure what to make of this!? Think i will definitely be looking elsewhere, trying to take a break from my tkd/striking training so looking forward to some good ground stuff.
If anyone can reccomend a place in leeds let me know!

watch the techniques. the triangle escape one is a classic.
What amazes me about teachers like this is they ALWAYS seem to have a classroom full of people to teach.
No matter how bad/unqualified/crazy a martial arts teacher is he will ALWAYS have at least some students.
Looks not so good to me.
For later
After looking at the triangle escape this guy is more than terrible.

And based on this you wouldn't have got the attempt at humor back then either.
Remove this place from your brain and go train at Victor's in Leeds.
I couldn't understand a damn word he was saying... Close captions available?

"This is Luta Livre. Ok? In BJJ...Thing is with BJJ, when I was learning BJJ. What they do is, they...em...they give you, teach you a bunch of crap basically. So that all good belts, higher belts, can tap you out. That's what they do. In Luta Livre they don't do that."
Did I hear that right at 1:36?
It does seem as if the phony instructors always have the most students, doesn't it?
Very strange.

Multiple black belts, even several young red belts (none of those old Brazilian dudes). Seems legit
