To sum it up, a bunch of us spazz end about how awesome our eosin
Panthers were.

Though, I will add a year and a half of use has left it quite frayed. It looks cool, but it's definitely beat up. I might try something else for my next belt. Maybe start a collection of black belts I destroyed. Phone Post 3.0

Josh you gotta get a Eosin panther they are amazing. I think the thing will last forever. I recommend the smaller width. The belt is so heavy/thick the wider one is impossible to keep tied Phone Post 3.0

I have a Eosin Panther and I am the envy of everyone. Unfortunately it's only because the belt is awesome, I suck at Jiu Jitsu. It's also ironic that NogiDavid has a hook up on belts. Phone Post 3.0

I just got an Isami and I'm really pleased with it. Haven't worn it yet though, tonight is the debut. Went with the F400 model, not the F450 that they recommend for BJJ (one of my training partners has the F450 and I wasn't impressed). Forgot about David and his discount with Eosin - If I don't like how the Isami wears in, I know where to go!

Here's a couple pics of my eosin after 1.5 yrs, on the mat about 4-5 hours a day, 6 days a week.

It's an awesome belt, but you gotta like the fray.

It comes untied about every 8 seconds, which I like.

omoplautistic, are your mats made of sandpaper?? hahaha ohhh shiiiiit that's worn in :D i'll post a pic later of my brown belt that's had a similar amount of use to yours. although eosin did say the cotton is slightly different on the black belts
