It is Gi and the footage is about 48 minutes. I thought it was good but I am biased. I will let others respond to that.

I am NOT biased and I thought it was great too! Very nice progression
with excellent details shown. Not just a bunch of unconnected
techniques (which I hate to see in instructionals).

How many percent is applicable to no-gi?

ttt And how many percent is the John Frankl DVD applicable to no-gi?

Tim's is about 50% applicable to no gi and I would say John's is about 60-70% applicable to no gi with mma stuff mixed in.
