He’s had quite a life, even while competing in MMA...

Tim Kennedy joined the Army on January 4, 2004, and completed Basic Combat Training, Advanced Individual Training, Airborne School, Special Forces Assessment and Selection and the Special Forces Qualification Course

Kennedy was featured in Dick Couch's book about Green Beret selection called Chosen Soldier under the moniker "Tom Kendall". In 2007, he completed Ranger School and was assigned to the 7th Special Forces Group, where he served on an Operational Detachments Alpha. During this time he was also a sniper, sniper instructor, and the principal combatives instructor for C Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group. Kennedy deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom multiple times.

In August 2009, Kennedy transitioned from active duty to the Texas Army National Guard's 19th Special Forces Group and served in the position of Special Forces Weapons Sergeant.

Among Kennedy's multiple awards are the Army's Bronze Star Medal with V device, which was awarded for valor under fire.

On April 16, 2017, Kennedy announced his reenlistment into the U.S. Army Special Forces, praising the leadership of Secretary of Defense James Mattis and National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster.

Im a bisping fan. But tims a bad motherfucker. Has there anyone else been that high level special forces in mma?

Beat the crap out of him? or layed on him for 5 rounds?

More like rag dolled him for 5 rounds. Throwing him around like an infant. Complete domination by Tim.

Timmy needs a sense of humor

Uhhhg, where's yours right now? ;)

Bisping is way more likeable than Timmy. I find it funny how relaxed Bisping is in retirement and generally enjoying life. All previous beefs have been squashed, even with Rockhold.

Meanwhile Timmy is all bitter and sulking still :D

We don't know. Tim's just the only one that won't shut up about it.

The dude is his own #1 fan.

Has bisping ever shot a potential terrorist in the back of the head  from 1500 yards in the swirling wind & heat, the blazing dust of a middle Eastern desert, the guy has one eye, his depth perception would be HOPELESS,  Tom Kennedy would out shoot him with EASE. Bispings sniper skill would be LAUGHABLE, he would be a JOKE, Kennedy is the REAL DEAL not a SHEEP, he saved this country, when has bisping ever done that? NOT a tru PATRIOT.

Bisping fought Tim after a year layoff. And Tim basically just grappled with him. After 5 rounds Bisping barely had a mark on his face from that “beatdown”

Also, the Romero fight is my favorite Kennedy fight. The crying and whining from such a great soldier is hilarious.

Also, after USADA came into play Tim had 1 fight and got destroyed

The only thing Tim Kennedy accomplished was taking PEDs and not getting caught. Bisping is a LEGEND.

This is the dumbest shit that’s her posted here in a while and that’s saying something.
