Says broadcast begins at 10:30PM (GMT) here. I'd expect fight to come on about 12:30am ish?
HBO program guide says 8:45-10:15 cst. That means its probably the only fight televised, i'd expect it to come on somewhere between 9-9:15 cst after they hype it up a bit and they introduce the boxers.

Seeing as the broadcast is scheduled to end at 10:15 cst and GSP/Serra probably wont happen until 11 cst i'm gonna go with a "no" on that one.
The HBO telecast is scheduled to start at 9:45 Eastern time. I don't know if they are televising any undercard fights, though, or just the main event.
