Another one of my time machine grand prix threads! This time open weight. Fighters will be assumed to be their fight(weigh in) weight unless other wise stated. 16 man. 1 night. Fights are in a ring, one fc rules, and Pride round set ups. Let's begin!

This always seems like a good idea, but from personal experience I can tell you it never works out like you think. All the guys end up fighting tentatively because they're so confused to be in a different time and most of them can barely understand the rule changes. Trying to just let everyone fight in their own era rules is just a disaster because the roman gladiators just kill everyone.

People have blinders on as far as progression. People would rather think someone fell off rather then accept the game has passed them by.

2010 Anderson wins that thing. Anderson-Barnett final, just folds like he did against Mirko in the OWGP.

Forrest might beat Fedor in the opening round.
