Horrible situation for Tito and Jenna. I hope things get better for them as life is rough enough without the extra twists and turns that get tossed in.

This is why everyone should hold judgement until everyone has had a chance to tell their side of things. I really hope that Tito is telling the truth.

Nah bro she's probably just popped some painkillers for her severely fucked up shoulder. He fucked her shoulder up so bad that immediately after the incident she could drive her car, slam the car door, carry full suitcases full of Tito's shit, and carry her kids with absolutely no visible signs of discomfort.

Well, being "outed" for your drug habit publicly is kind of "suffering the consequences",imo.
But it was a bit strange the way it was worded.
Damn, i sure hope Tito is being honest here as it sounds like a reasonable story as towhy the cops became involved. If Tito was threatening to take her "stash" or report her/tell family etc. than she might have gotten desperate and made accusations against him to protect herself....but who the hell knows?
The lawyer should've started out the press conference with, "Tito... let me tell you how you're feeling right now".

If she has an addiction have her tested. If she quits prior to taking the test then she is going to withdraw so either way its pretty easy to prove.
Oxy will only be in your system in ideal setting, 4-5 days max. That's being pretty liberal. Normally from the people I see it's more like 3 days.
You will start to see withdrawl symptoms in 3-4 days if she is really addicted like what's being suggested.
Jenna looks fine in that video. He was probably pissed at her and she got scared.
She looks fine to me though...no bruises on her face. (admittedly doesn't mean nothing happened) but now she's smiling and calling tito a wife beater. Seems like a psycho to me.
It's pretty easy though....have Jenna take a drug test....if she passes, then Tito was lying...if she doesn't, well, at least it gives tito some credibility for his side of the story.
They only have a few days though to test her.
Judgement should always be held back in cases like these. None of us know what happened or didn't happen, and anyone can say anything, but that doesn't necessarily mean what is said is truth.
Things can look initially very damning from the outside looking in, but looks can be very deceptive. Almost always when there is a complaint of domestic abuse, someone is taking a ride in the police car and going to jail. Almost always that someone is the man. If there is an argument, and then a call made for a domestic, the presumption is the man is wrong, and the most dangerous, so he is going away.
I am not saying Tito is innocent, and I am not saying he is guilty, just that the facts are not sorted out yet, and who knows if they ever will be beyond "He said, she said". What I am saying is that a presumption of guilt based on what the media says, what the allegedly abused spouse/partner says, or what people say on the internet, is wrong.

well said, the laws in this country now put the pressure on the man to prove his innocence, there is no presumption of innocence. By immediately being hauled off to jail, often with little else but the word of the accuser, the accussed looks guilty.
As we let this play out a little longer, I hope the facts come out
