 I follow him on Twitter and he's always talking about training in Big Bear. Where? I understand he's got a house up there that he converted the garage or something.

Does he just do conditioning up there or does he bring a team with him etc? Just curious

 I heard he bought De La Hoyas place for a nice chunk of change and converted the 4 car garage to a training facility.

I was curious as to how he did it. I don't recall Big Bear being a hot bed for mma talent etc. so I wondered if he brought people in to push him.

He takes a team up there with him for his training camp. All they do is eat, sleep, train, and play video games. Thats it
