They come in at 200 on fight night, and get it on!
Why not?
i sure hope not. i would rather see baroni vs lee than tito. there is no reason to have this fight at all. tito is the one running his mouth not lee. rogan is the one who got lee started after his win at ufc46, lee would not of even brought it up.
It would make this card alittle more solid. Don't get me wrong looks like there will be some great fights on this card but it's hard for me to imagine Kimo vs. Shamrock headlining a card in this day and age.....
Baroni is fighting Tanner............
Ken is fighting Kimo.............
Tito should fight Murray!!!!
hell let tito fight mezger......best two out of three.
Ken and Kimo not so interesting.
48 is called payback is it not?? what better fitting title for this match up
Mezger will beat tito if they fight!!
He says he wants to fight Murray at 48, so why the hell not!? Its up to Murray. If Murray doesn't go through, Mezger would be the next logical choice. Especially for the Payback theme.
there is no reason for tito to fight murray. so if tito beat lee then what? makes no sence.
they have history so why not.i would rather see that than ken n kimo gassed slapping each other.
Could the UFC afford to have Tito, Ken and Kimo on the same card? I may be wrong, but are all of those guys not on the higher end of the UFC's pay scale? Also, the impression I get is that Murray would want to be paid something comparable to Tito?
I think a better resolution would be to have Murray win a couple at 185, and then fight Tito.
If Tito does fight at 48, what other light-heavies are there the UFC could call upon? To my knowledge there is noone under contract outside 'The Big 4'.
Are Arona and Mezger both free of Pride obligations? They would definitley add depth to the division. I'm sure Marvin Eastman would be willing to fight Ortiz at 48 or 49. Could be a good idea to bring Franklin back in as well.

Ken vs. Kimo is not worthy of a headline. I will be ordering this ppv for Baroni vs. Tanner not Ken vs. Kimo.
Zuffa will probably not wanna spend the money to have Tito fight again that soon.
Exactly. As I was saying, they also have Ken & Kimo on the card. I'm sure Hughes is not that cheap either. Also Murray would want to be paid something comparable.

Murray has said he was offered 7 to show and 7 to win.
Even though Ken-Kimo is amongst the worst possible headliner matches I could think of, the rest of the card looks solid. We should see Baroni beat down again, Trigg-Hallman looks interesting, and Hughes-Verrisimo does too.
So Tito proves he cant hang with the best at 205 so now we have him fight guys 2 classes lower than his natural weight.
God, if Tito was fighting Heavyweights like his supposed to, he wouldnt be top 20.
After watching tito get dropped then calling out murray. do any of you guys think thats the same way lee murray dropped tito and tito fell onto the street.
Titos pay, is NOT as high as it used to be.
If he wants to make the big bux again, then he needs to start building it back up to where it was at.
