I used to be very anti-Tito but after seeing the small "IT'S ON" special on Tito and Chuck I sorta see him in a different light. While I may not agree with him I am granting him more leeway than I might have in the past.
Having said that I doubt that you can tell what is going on with him from one picture.
But I think I see someone on a grassy knoll in the background when I look carefully.
