Wagnney Fabiano's contract is sitting on Mr. Patry's desk. The contract is signed and Mr. Fabiano is aware of the 3 opponents TKO is working on for the 1st fight.
Both parties are very happy with this contract, and it's also important to mention this contract is a 3 fight deal. Wagnney Fabiano will be with TKO for a very long time.

Perhaps Prof. Fabiano has signed and sent in the contract, but it has not been signed by TKO and a final copy sent back to him.
