TKO 31: Bosse vs. Larenas

TKO31: ULTIMATUM
STEVE BOSSE TAKES ON ICHO LARENAS IN THE MAIN EVENT!

( Montreal , Canada ) October 29th 2007 - TKO Championship Fighting is proud to announce details on TKO31: ULTIMATUM on December 14th, 2007 from the Bell Centre in Montreal , Quebec . Steve Bosse and Icho Larenas who are unquestionably the two most popular Heavyweight fighters from Quebec will go toe to toe in the main event! Larenas is the former TKO Heavyweight Champion and is looking to get back on the winning track while Bosse wants to keep his momentum going. This will definitely be the biggest test in Bosse's young career.

Icho Larenas has shown an enormous will to win in all of his fights. No matter whether he's been beaten or tired he always comes forward looking to land the knockout punch. When the going gets tough, Larenas definitely gets going as he did to capture TKO gold! After a tough first round in his Championship fight against Jacob Conliffe, Larenas used his devastating ground and pound skills to stop Conliffe and earn himself the Heavyweight Title.

Bosse, on the other hand, has yet to face adversity. He steam rolled his first two opponents, Jody Burke and David Fraser, in a combined three minutes winning both by knockout. He possesses incredible power in both hands and he's very quick and athletic for a Heavyweight fighter. He's dedicated himself to becoming a complete MMA fighter and he plans on proving that against Larenas. The crowd noise may blow the roof of the Bell Centre when these two behemoths collide!

I'm a Tompkins jockrider, no doubt, but devastating GnP vs Conliffe?

I'm also confused as to why Dube is going back up to 170.

How much does Dube cut to make 155? Maybe it was too much.

Might be, I thought he was doing well at 155 but who knows? He's here on the forum. Maybe he will tell us.

Dougie, he mounted him twice, fed him elbows and
fists, that's called G&P. Not at it's finest, but
it's still G&P.

I'll give you the GnP...but devestating?

Bosse Vs. Larenas

Whoever gasses first loses imo.

^^^^^

Correct!

that's the main event? hmmmm

Dougie saves the thread! But... and Le Tigre is really all about the "girls girls girls and more girls, TOTAL ADRENALINE" in the actual TKO song.

I'll give Dougie an assist on this joke. Adding the video........nice work Little Buckaroo!

Attn: BB2...

Well Dougie,

I walk around at 182lbs, and at 42 it is a little too much to cut from 179lbs to 155lbs. don't forget that I need to work all week and teach all my classes, plus the training, and I don't have much fat on the body so for me it is too much of a cut.

Sure I was doing well at 155lbs but I also think I will do well at 170lbs, and when I fight, I fight to have fun and a challenge.

Fighting for me is not stressing at all.

I enjoy myself, and until I will have pleasure training and giving all the effort that need to be given to perform I will keep on fighting.

Well good luck at 170. I thought 155 was the place for you due to the size issue but I didn't realize that you were cutting so much.

If you had the time to plan for such a cut I could see it being worth while I can understand the reasoning behind it.

Take care and thank you for answering my question.

Dube is a force at 170, as much as 155....

Good answer by Dube
