Lytle is one of the nicest guys in the world, he deserved this bonus. Dude helped the UFC out tremendously.

He did not have the best submission on the night- not to detract from the guy, always a huge fan and he went out at the right time with grace. How many fighters can do that?
It's a gimme to his legacy, but man fuck it. If anyone has earned that it is Lytle. And lest we forget he got a questionable pass when Brock sub'd Carwin IIRC, so it balances out in a way as he got snubbed in favor of a main draw, and he found himself in the main draw tonight. Even Steven.

Agreed. He deserves the bonus 
Just saw Herman's, it was nice for sure. I think the timing and drama with Lytle's is what gets it for him. Both were excellent but Herman is young and will have more chances, tie goes to classy long time vet.

Pretty sweet sub and throwing it on with less than a minute was fucking cool.
Herman has an argument for it, But to be fair that was a sick sub by lytle and dan hardy is notoriously hard to tap.
