Todd Hays, one of Bobsledding's greatest drivers, has been advised to retire from the sport after suffering from dizzy spills after a crash during a test run last week.
Some of you may be wondering this has to do with MMA. Hays was featured prominently in the documentary "Choke", which also starred Rickson Gracie. Hays was primarily a kickboxer that agreed to take part in an 8 man tournament in Japan, which Hays admitted he entered solely to raise money for his dream of being an Olympic bobsledder.
I love when Todd and his manager were yelling for Rickson to be DQ'd for throwing the guy over the ropes...
if Todd did not get hurt .... well.... the legend of Rickson may be very different today... dont you think

As I said in another thread, Todd is a great athlete and one of the nicest guys I ever competed with in any sport (US Bobsled). My prayers go out to him and his family.
I still after repeated viewings cant understand how Todd blew his shoulder out in that fighter.
