Loophole. Decreasing testosterone is part of the game. The advantage that the older guys have is through experience....the advantage the younger guys have is based on testosterone production, speed, reflexes,etc. Now that advantage is essentially taken away and older athletes can have the advantage of experience and normal test levels.

Probably not. I personally don't care for the fact that he is allowed to compete in the Olympics. The argument is that his blades don't provide him with any sort of advantage.... well then let him run without them and see how he does.
