Tonight, UFC 139, my first live event

I feel so lucky to have been at this card, so, so many of the fights delivered, especially the three top fights, amazing energy from the fighters, crowd, everything. Obviously a live event isn't the same viewing detail on your TV at home during a PPV, but holy shit, nothing can jack your adrenaline up like Faber entering to a home crowd, Wanderlei winning and his overall energy and that main event.

The best part was when I turned to my roommate who I went with after Le/Silva and said, "There's no way the main event can top that fight." OOPS!

Amazing experience, I hope everyone who wants to can have the chance to go at some point in time.

Were the fans rooting for Wandy more than Le? Sounded like it on the PPV. Sort of odd to me since Le is from there.

It seemed to me to be an exact split. Le had a lot of fans with some coordinated yellow flags they were waving but I think everyone just had mad respect for Wandy and he got lots of cheers too.

There were so many legends on the card and outstanding performances I stood and cheered for them all, but Wandy got me going the most with his fight and winning performance.

And Wand is Wand. Wand will always pull more.

Oops. I would say both. I was hearing a bunch of Le chants and Wandy chants. It was mostly neutral to me. I think people had a lot of respect for wanderlei, and then Cung Le for being from San Jose. Place went crazy when wanderlei won, I know I sure did! Phone Post
