Full rupture = open surgical procedure (for active peeps) normally

means you'll be out for a while :(

But better to just get it done to start rehab/recovery ASAP.

BAH! just put a little duct tape and drink a bottle of 'tussin.

had the consult and ortho review... apparently it's a complete tear, going under the knife on Friday

chugs back a swig of tussin and wraps duct tape around neck.... going crazy not being able to do anything!!!

and better full rupture than partial imo. Repeat rupture is always a possibility, but at least you can have it repaired, rehab, and resume your training. Rather than constantly waiting and hoping for it not to rupture and thus compromise your training indefinitely.
