Sorry if this has been covered before...
My brother suffered a partially torn hamstring playing baseball. He thought it was a bad pull, but after the nasty bruises showed up, the doctor confirmed. All the doctor prescribed was rest.
Can anyone suggest some pro-active rehab be it therapy, massage, supplements, stretching, etc. to get him back in the lineup (he's lead off) ASAP?
