i feel like shit today.I trained well and felt really good last night.i was finally in shape to fight with no injuries and mentally prepared for a war and i got triangeled by dante rivera.shit happens and i want back on the horse as soon as possible.Sorry for not being able to give the good show i usually can provide but everyone got there money's worth if they stayed and watched the serra fight WOW carlo looked like a monsterous freek throwing and destroying serra standing and clinching but when serra pulled guard he put on a clinic of triangle work switching at will and not getting punished to bad while doing it.you could tell that a guy like that is a whole different breed.it is going to take alot for someone to get that belt.CONGRATS to dante and thanks to kipp for the oppertunity.
