I know I need to be eating more but I've been training 6 days a week for 2-3 hours a day and I'm not that hungry these days. Is this normal? I'm not deliberately starving myself or anything I'm just genuinely not hungry alot. I'm not a huge guy to begin with so losing weight isn't exactly my goal (albeit I do have some fat around the mid section).
Strength and conditioning forum would probably help. You're still probably going to get bro science there but it will be slightly more educated than what you get here.
I often find it a struggle to eat directly after a workout. Always curious for the reason behind it
It's because you're thirsty, drink more water. After a hard workout you sweat a lot of water out, your dehydrated and you don't crave food when you're body needs water.
This is my opinion from personal experience
