Training after Knee dislocation

Had my knee dislocated. I've had the same knee dislocated before, and I keep hearing that it gets easier to dislocate after each time.

My question is, how should I train. When I go back (~2 weeks), I'll probably just do drills for a while. How should I roll from now on. I'd REALLY like to avoid having this happen again, as the crying I do when I'm in pain destroys my image as a macho man ;-)

Suggestions on how to proceed are welcome. I have been to the hospital, and have been off the leg for 5 days. Strengthening ideas are very welcome as well.

Thanks all,
Rob

my knee got worst with training, so i had to get it operated now its better than the other.

Go easy on your leg, listen to any signs of pain, do the rehab and gradually start training, only light ground work, no standup (well, freestyle wrestling rather than judo), except perhaps light boxing.

I injured my ACL in judo a few years ago, so I know it can be tough.

jonpall - thanks for the advice.
