There was a thread here a couple of days ago. Where are some places to train in the Cincinnatti area? I am asking this for someone else so phone numbers would be appreciated.
Cincinatti MMA or Gurgel's school. Gurgel's certainly has more advanced students and Cinci MMA has more beginners. It's been a lil over a year since I have trained down there though.
