Hey guys, sorry if I missed the bus on this one, but I just picked up this book the other day. It looks like it has a lot of good info. in it and the diet/workout schedule looks pretty good. Has anyone used this book before? Is anyone familiar with Rooney? I believe it says he trained/trains with Renzo? What do you guys think?
Fantastic stuff from Rooney. My brother has been friends with Martin for a while and even helped him some with the last book. He has imparted Adam with some great knowledge and is a great person. My brother has adapted a good bit of his training into my own with fantastic results.
It's a really informative book. Great workout even if you're not a warrior.
