I’m not sure about anyone else, but I love reading about people’s training and what they do, how they train, about their diet, their ups and downs with whatever they are doing and what not.
/o:pI’ve been keeping a training log because I just have so much to tell, and it seems people are interested to read it. It’s helped me connect with people and has helped me a load in my MMA reporting.
