Training near Kits in Vancouver

Hi,
I just moved to Kitsilano in Vancouver. I am looking for classes in BJJ/MMA/Muay Thai. I am pretty new to this stuff. Can anyone recommend any schools that are relatively close? How about at UBC, do they have any clubs?

Thanks for any ideas about places to check.

I think that those two places are your best bets if you want a place close to you.  UBC does have a pretty decent Judo program with a traditionally heavy emphasis on newaza, but I don't think that they have a BJJ program yet.
