Training w/ The Tooth & Mendes bros at AOJ

I went back to Art of Jiu Jitsu with my good friend Nick "Th Tooth" to train with Mendes brothers. One of them (Rafa) is competeing in ADCC next weekend in China.

Mendes brothers are pound for pound the best guys in jiu jitsu competition and their gym AOJ is the nicest gym (feels like The Apple store) and they have a lot of elite guys training there (like Andre Galvao and countless others). 

So I just wanted to give you guys an inside look at having some fun training there without a fight coming up.

Thanks for the support everyone. Yeah, everything about that gym and the guys that train there is sick. They have the best of the best when it comes to bjj competition and one of a kind gym. I don't think I've ever seen anything that nice. When it's white and spotless, it looks great but you know it's a super clean gym. That is very important too in this sport.

I tell you who's hot right now. That Hanzel is so hot right now...but seriously that has to be the best bjj gym that I've ever seen.

Tooth is rematching J-Lauzon and I can't wait for this to go down. Tooth is getting a lot better each day at Mendes brothers gym! I'm taking my boy Tooth!
