Trap Bar Deadlifting

What are peoples thoughts on using a trap bar for deadlifts? I find it targets the quads more with almost a zero risk of injury. I suck ass at normal deadlift - I tweaked my back last time I attempted it because I was doing far too much weight and my form was awful. I just can't seem to keep my back in a proper position.. it always arches over and it feels like shit.

Should I try to conquer a proper deadlift form or can I get away with the trap bar?

Trap bar is more of a squatting motion than a pulling one, so that's why you're feeling it in your quads Phone Post 3.0

That's prob true cuz he is likely involving more motion at knee joint and he's also feeling it less in his back, glutes and Hams because the moment arm of the load just got a lot closer to the lumbar and hip Phone Post 3.0
