Trevor is back in the gym and his ankle is healed from his MFC-Light heavywieght title fight with Emanuel Newton.
Let's hope we can give him enough hype and attention so that rather then having to start his own show again, just to get a fight, we can see Prangley back in the big leagues of MMA (Hopfully at 185).
And I know it sounds sherdogish but;

He was supposed to fight Lindland in Bodog. That would be an interesting fight for Strikeforce or Affliction to put on. And no, I don't think it would be boring.
