I care, thanks for posting that. Looks like a great
gym. Nice heel hook attempt by Randy, even with
boxing gloves on.

I met Frank at the UFC over the weekend and was
impressed with his attitude. He can come off as a
dick on tv, but he's a really nice guy.

Trigg is a great guy in person and damn good fighter look forward to seeing him improving his game even more

Couldnt hear what he was saying cuz there his voice came out double time and delayed but Trigg is always pretty blunt and pretty honest too.

RE: Randy's sub attempt - what you see in the ring is what they do BEST but that doesnt mean they are not GOOD at other things.
