here about 3 years ago. After several long conversations with Chris
and others here I am, again.
I just wanted to let the fans know I am reachable. I will pop on here as
much as I can but with TAGGRADIO, TRIGGONOMICS, BROADCASTING
and any fight I have coming up it might take me a minute to write
back.

Trigg, definitely a fan of yours. As a fighter you always bring it, as a commentator, you tell it like it is! There doesn't seem to be a lot of BS. Anyway, I think you have done some training with Dan Henderson and Team Quest but can you give an objective breakdown of how you think the Henderson/Silva fight will go on 3/1?
