Even though I read this forum almost everyday, very seldom do I post. Wanted to comment on a few things for the fans.

First the thread on Sherdog "Does Troy train with Kongo" has to be one of the best threads ever. Still LMAO. If you can't laugh at yourself who can you laugh at. :)

The Sean Salmon/Rashad Evans fight that I ref'd sometime back scared the sh*t out of me. Out of all the fights I have ref'd, that is the one time I did not thing the fighter was going to make it. The jesture I make before the fights is an openly private prayer that no on gets hurts. All I care about is that all fighters go home safely.

If someone could post this on Sherdog it would be appreciated
