I had to chuckle on that one. Don't worry, my friend, Trump supporters are doing little more these days than defending their candidate. Call me old-fashioned, but I'd rather back a candidate that I don't have to make excuses for and deflect criticism from on a daily basis. (Though to be fair, in this race, neither candidate is making it easy).
But to the Trump comments specifically, I don't think it means much at this point. Let's face it, we all know who Trump is now so this isn't anything close to a surprise, so while maybe a few undecideds may call this the last straw this tape isn't going to change the loyalists who (see above paragraph) have gone this far with the buffoon, whether it's spite, stubbornness or just a paranoid fear of anything the left of far right, they're not jumping ship now.
