I am watching on HD Net and it is like watching a badly scratched DVD is anyone else having this issue.

Gott damnit. They aren't even showing the full card in the UK, Syfy have the rights but they are currently showing 'Mega Shark Vs Crocosaurus' (not nearly as good as it sounds) instead.
