I have pretty good case of turf toe. Plain and simple it sucks bad. <br /><br />Any treatment suggestions?
Rest, ice and taping. Taping is huge. When I get back to my computer , I'll post a pic I have of how to tape a turf toe

So, you tape the toe to make it so it flexes in the undesirable directions as little as possible. I taped around my big toe and the toe next to it individually and then ran tap like this gentleman does down the bottom and top of my foot. then I’d wrap around mid foot and then my big toe and the toe next to it together. It does help.
